SETUP · SUBSCRIPTION

Import a Subscription Link

Follow the setup sequence for your account, plan, subscription, and client. Handle one task at a time and move on only after each step is complete.

No email address required Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux Unlimited devices
PHASE-A ACCOUNT

Create an Account

Start in the YvVPN user panel. Open the account creation page, enter the username and password you plan to use long term, and submit the account details. No email address is required, so there is no need to leave the page for email confirmation. The username is used for future sign-ins, while the password protects your account and order information. Consider saving it in a trusted password manager and avoid reusing the same credentials across services.

After submission, the page may open the user panel or ask you to sign in again. If a login page appears, use the username and password you just set. The first page after signing in is usually the account overview, where you can see your plan status, data usage, and subscription entry point. The account is now ready, but routes have not yet been delivered; choose a plan next.

If the browser remains on the account creation page after refreshing, do not submit the same information again. Go to the login page and try the credentials you just created. If you can open the account overview, the account is ready and you can continue to checkout. If the username is already taken, choose another recognizable username and complete the process.

PHASE-B PLAN

Choose a Plan and Place Your Order

After signing in to the user panel, open the plans section. YvVPN monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Monthly data resets each month on the activation date, making these plans suitable for ongoing use when you want a fresh allowance each billing cycle. Consider your usual activities first: ordinary browsing and text-based tools use less data, while HD video, system updates, and large file transfers use considerably more.

For less regular usage, you can also choose pay-as-you-go data packages that do not expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. These packages are measured differently from monthly subscriptions, so confirm the displayed plan name and data rules before continuing. When upgrading a monthly subscription, the price difference is converted into remaining days; review the actual amount shown on the order page before upgrading.

Once you have confirmed your choice, proceed to checkout. Check the plan name, price, and billing method, then pay with Alipay, WeChat, or USDT. After payment returns you to the user panel, wait for the order status to update instead of creating duplicate orders. Once the plan takes effect, the account overview will show the current service status and available data. All plans support unlimited devices and include a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy.

If payment is complete but the page still shows the old status, return to the account overview and reload the page. A usable subscription is generated only after the order status updates, so do not repeatedly import an old configuration while the plan is pending. Once the overview shows an active plan, continue to retrieve the subscription link.

PHASE-C SUBSCRIPTION

Get Your Subscription Link from the User Panel

After the plan takes effect, return to the account overview and look for the copy option in the subscription information or client configuration section. A subscription link is not an ordinary webpage address; it gives the client the route list and configuration available to the current account. Click Copy to place the complete link on the clipboard, then go directly to the client to import it. Do not open the link in a browser.

A format example may look like the following. This address is provided only to illustrate the appearance of a link; it does not connect to YvVPN and cannot be used as a real configuration.

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

A real subscription link is a personal configuration credential. Do not place it in public documents, group-chat screenshots, forum posts, or synchronized notes that others can read. If someone obtains the link, they may import the same configuration into their own client. To use it across your devices, sign in to your own user panel on each device and copy it, or transfer it between your devices through a trusted end-to-end sync method.

If the Copy button does not respond, press and hold the link or select its text and copy it manually. After copying, check that the beginning and end are complete. Do not remove query parameters or include extra spaces around the link when pasting it into the client. A format error is most often caused by an incomplete copy, pasted explanatory text, or a plan that has not taken effect.

The subscription in the user panel is updated as route configurations change. If the route list no longer matches the panel information, use “Update Subscription” in the client instead of adding the same link again. Keeping one valid subscription and updating it regularly makes the configuration easier to manage and prevents duplicate route names from being scattered across multiple configuration groups.

PHASE-D CLIENT

Import into Clients on Every Platform

The client reads the subscription, displays routes, and establishes the system connection. Get the client and instructions for your platform from the client downloads section of the YvVPN user panel; the marketing site does not provide static installers. Paste the subscription link only after installation. If the client requests network configuration permission on first launch, follow the system prompt to authorize it. Otherwise, the client may appear to be running while system traffic is not using the selected route.

WINDOWS

Windows

On Windows, use a desktop client that supports subscription links and system proxy control. After installing and launching it, look for “Add Subscription” in the main menu, configuration page, or subscription manager. Paste the complete link copied from the user panel into the address field, optionally give the configuration a recognizable name, then save or update it.

After the update finishes, the client will display a route list. Choose a route that matches the target service's region, then enable the system proxy or connection switch. Some clients separate “select route” from “start connection”; selecting a route alone does not mean the connection is active. Once the client status changes in the taskbar area, continue to verification.

MACOS

macOS

On macOS, use a desktop client that supports remote subscriptions and system network configuration. Open the client and choose Add from URL on the configuration, subscription, or remote configuration page. Paste the subscription link and update it. The first time a network configuration is created, macOS will request permission; approve it so the client can manage connections that require network acceleration.

After importing successfully, select a route from the menu bar or the client's main window and turn on the connection. If the window closes but a status icon remains in the menu bar, the program is usually still running; fully quitting it will stop the connection. To change routes, switch nodes in the client; you usually do not need to delete and re-import the subscription.

ANDROID

Android

On Android, use a mobile client with subscription management support. Open the configuration or subscription page and choose Import from Clipboard or Add from Link. Paste the link, update it, and wait for route names to appear. If the system restricts background activity, use the device's system settings to allow the client to maintain its network connection.

After choosing a route, tap the connection switch. The system will ask you to confirm creation of a network connection. Once authorized, a system connection indicator will appear in the status bar. If the connection drops after changing networks, return to the client, check its status, and reconnect to the current route; there is no need to recreate the subscription. Update the subscription only when the underlying network is available.

IOS

iOS

On iOS, use a client that accepts subscription links and creates a system network configuration. Open the subscription or remote configuration page, choose Add Link, paste the subscription address from the user panel, and save it. The first time you connect, iOS will display a network configuration permission prompt; follow the system flow to approve it before continuing.

After the configuration update completes, select a route in the client and turn on the connection. Back in the system interface, use the system connection status to check that it is still running. If the subscription has not refreshed, return to the subscription manager and update it. Do not add the same address repeatedly, or duplicate entries may appear in the route list.

PHASE-E CHECK

Connect and Verify

After importing, choose a route from the client that matches the target service's region, then start the connection. To check whether it is working, first confirm that the client clearly shows Connected. Then make sure no other configuration is running that can take control of network traffic. Multiple connection tools running at once can cause traffic to take a different path even when the selected route is correct.

Once the client shows Connected, open the website or app you normally use, reload its content, and check whether it works as expected. Pages that have been open for a long time may retain an earlier connection result, so open a new page or fully restart the target app during testing. If the webpage opens but the app remains in its previous state, close the app process and reopen it while the connection remains active.

When verifying Streaming or AI Tools, the selected region usually matters more than simply seeing “Connected.” Choose a route in the region used by the target service, or a nearby region. If the content does not match the expected region, switch routes and reopen the service. For more on regional restrictions, account regions, route types, and how Streaming services identify connections, see the Streaming Guide; those technical details are outside the scope of this page.

CLIENT

Check the Client Status First

Confirm that the subscription has updated, a route is selected, and the connection switch is on. If the list is empty, return to the subscription manager and update it. If the status is disconnected, address any system authorization or network configuration prompt first.

ROUTE

Then Check the Route

Choose a route based on the target service's region whenever possible. If the current route cannot provide access, switch to another route in the same region and reload the target service. Do not delete the entire subscription first.

ACCOUNT

Finally, Check the Plan Status

Return to the user panel and confirm that the plan is active and data is available. If the client is configured correctly but the plan has expired, routes will not be delivered normally; resolve the account status first.

During everyday use, update the subscription whenever routes change. When moving to a new device, sign in to the user panel on that device and copy the subscription for the same account; YvVPN supports unlimited devices. To keep configurations clear, retain the current valid subscription on each device and avoid mixing old links, duplicate configurations, and manually added nodes in one list for the long term.

If the issue is still unclear after following the sequence above, note the platform, the error shown by the client, the selected region, and the plan status, then submit a ticket through the user panel. A clear description of what happened is more useful for troubleshooting than simply writing “cannot connect.” Do not include the complete subscription link; state only whether the subscription can be updated.
