Route selection and support principles
Choose routes based primarily on the destination region, application type, and connection stability. First filter by the region where the target service is available, then compare routes in that region. If a route becomes unstable, switch to another route in the same region. When connection issues occur, confirm the plan and subscription status, reload the route list, and switch routes in that order. If the issue persists, submit a ticket through the user panel. Describe the situation, platform, and reproducible symptoms to reduce unnecessary back-and-forth.
Privacy principles
YvVPN follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. Creating an account requires only a username and password; no email address is required.
